Having sought authorisation in the prescribed manner you may only then return the Product, at your own expense. Cotswold Heritage Limited, strongly recommend, adequate and robust packing and the use of a suitable, fully insured, tracked postal service. Please be advised should the goods be lost or damaged in transit then Cotswold Heritage Limited in accordance with the DSR reserves the right to bring action or withhold monies in respect of a breech of a statutory duty.
In respect of all goods, which may be returned, the customer has a duty of reasonable care. Breech of this duty may give rise to proceedings by Cotswold Heritage Limited.
In the instance of self-assembly products that are not subject to a permissible exception under the applicable regulations, Cotswold Heritage hereby advise customers that it is considered the product can be adequately examined without the need for assembly. Should the product be assembled then the right to claim for a breech of a statutory duty is reserved.
The above clauses are, where permissible subject to the permitted exceptions within the DSR, including but not limited to, goods made to a customer specification & CD/information download based products and as such authorisation to make a return may, where permitted be declined with no obligation to provide any refund.

Remittance Terms Price and Terms of payment.
Payment may be made in most instances by using one the following methods;

II. A cheque drawn from a UK bank account.
III. Most major debit or credit cards.
